Due to work commitments we were relocating to Christchurch New Zealand and decided to sell our apartment in Paradise Waters. After having the property on the market for almost five months with no offer being made, we were very disillusioned and decided to place the property with another real estate agent.
We had been in discussions with another agent and were moments away from signing an exclusive agency with this agent when we were contacted by M-Motion. I engaged Michael and his team M-motion to market my luxury property in April 2016. After speaking with other agents that offered me no confidence in their marketing proposals and they didn’t meet my price expectations, I then met Michael and his team.
