I engaged Michael and his team M-motion to market my luxury property in April 2016. After speaking with other agents that offered me no confidence in their marketing proposals and they didn’t meet my price expectations, I then met Michael and his team.

The marketing campaign was structured to be short – spanning over only 3 short weeks with only 2 Saturdays viewings and 3 mid week twilight inspections. The online media chosen was highly effective with the use of social media – just the facebook video alone had 15,000 views.

Due to work commitments we were relocating to Christchurch New Zealand and decided to sell our apartment in Paradise Waters. After having the property on the market for almost five months with no offer being made, we were very disillusioned and decided to place the property with another real estate agent.
